Tacaíonn an próiseas Droichead le foghlaim proifisiúnta na Múinteoirí Nua-Cháilithe i rith tréimhe ionduchtaithe, rud a thugann an-bhunús do fhás agus do fhoghlaim proifisiúnta an mhúinteora i rith a gairm múinteoireachta. Éascaíonn an Clár Naisiúnta Ionduchtaithe do Mhúinteoirí an próiseas Droichead.
Tá Gael-Choláiste Chill Dara páiteach i nDroichead ó 2014 agus é ina tionscadal píolótach agus ta an-bhród againn as an obair a dhéanann an fhoireann Tacaíochta agus an fhoireann scoile uilig.
Gael-Choláiste Chill Dara is delighted to be a Droichead school. The Droichead process supports the professional learning of Newly Qulaified Teachers (NQTs) during the induction phase, thus laying the foundations of subsequent professional growth and learning for the next phase of a teacher’s career. The Droichead process is facilitated by The National Induction Programme for Teachers.
Gael-Choláiste Chill Dara has been involved in the programme since it was a pilot project in 2014 and takes great pride in the work done by the Professional Support Team and the combined support of all our staff.
